For all orders, you benefit from a lifetime guarantee against defects and hidden defects. All our jewellery is handcrafted and undergoes several quality controls before being delivered to you. Therefore, we undertake to repair your jewellery against any defect or hidden defect. In case of need of repair, we will have your jewellery examined to determine the origin of the defect. If it is an error of our own making, we will take charge of the repair and return of your jewellery. This guarantee will not apply to any jewellery that has been resized or any operation carried out in a workshop other than ours.

If you have had an incident (dropping your jewellery, scratching it against a door, playing a sport while wearing it), we prefer that you inform us in good faith rather than trying to make use of the guarantee against defects and hidden defects. We will be happy to find the best possible arrangement to restore your jewellery to its original condition.

Repair or restoration of your jewellery
In the event that your jewellery requires repair or restoration that is not due to a hidden defect or fault (a shock, scratch, out-of-time cutting, re-rhodium plating etc.), this will, if possible, be invoiced according to an estimate drawn up by our workshops. To have your jewel repaired, simply contact us and we will tell you how to send it to us. As soon as we receive it, we will have it examined and draw up an estimate to establish the cost of the repairs. If you validate this estimate, our workshops will repair your jewel and it will be returned to you as soon as possible.

It is recommended to have your diamond ring cleaned and checked every six months. These checks greatly help to prevent any loss of stone and considerably extend the life of diamond jewellery. We offer our customers a free inspection and cleaning of diamond rings purchased from us. You only have to pay the shipping costs and we will take care of the return. You will have to pay a fee if repairs are made to your ring.
